Dry Cleaning Plant Assembler and Packaging:
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
We are seeking a responsible individual to perform final inspections of all finished garments and materials in our dry cleaning and commercial laundry facility. The Assembler/Bagger ensures all items meet Rainbow's quality assurance requirements by assembling and properly bagging and packaging garments in accordance with company standards.
Essential Functions:
- Inspect all given materials and garments for adequate cleaning, stains, and unsatisfactory pressing. Return items that do not meet quality assurance standards to the Plant Manager
- Assemble finished garments and bag/package in accordance with Rainbow DryCleaners standards
- Correlate all completed orders with appropriate invoice numbers
- Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Performance Measurements:
- Process the established minimum number of pieces per hour
- Ensure all work complies with company quality assurance requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of the immediate work area at all times
- Maintain good working relations with company personnel and management, keeping management appropriately informed
Requirements:
- Education/Certification: Less than High School Diploma required; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Required Knowledge: Basic understanding of fabric care; basic (elementary) reading, writing, and number recognition
- Experience Required: Minimum of up to one month related experience or training

Customer Service Representative:
Position Type: Part-Time
We are seeking outgoing, personable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
Essential Functions:
- Promptly greet and provide professional service to our customers
- Process incoming and outgoing orders
- Tag and scan incoming garments for tracking throughout the cleaning process
- Assemble and package completed orders
- Answer client-related inquiries via phone and in-person
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Enjoy working with people
- Detail-oriented
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Customer service and cashier experience are not required, but a plus

Presser:
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
The purpose of this role will be to produce quality, finished garments by pressing to remove wrinkles, flatten seams and creases.
Essential Functions:
- Press all given garments and materials received from Spotter/Plant Manager
- Maintain and operate machinery in accordance with Safety Standards
- Clean workstations and surrounding work areas
- Any other duties as defined by management
Performance Measurements:
- Process established minimum number of pieces per hour
- All work is performed in a neat, timely manner
- All machine malfunctions are reported to management in a timely fashion
- Work station maintained in accordance with company standards
- Garments or materials that have not been cleaned to company standards are returned to plant manager prior to pressing
- Ability to finish garments and materials in accordance with company standards of quality
- Ability to recognize and correct finishing problems (ex. double creases in pants)
- Good working relations exist with company personnel and management. Assistance is provided as needed and management remains appropriately informed
Qualifications:
- Education/Certification: Less than High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required Knowledge: Basic understanding of fabric care
- Experience Required: Ideally one month manufacturing or related experience or training
- Skills/Abilities: Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, attentive to details, ability to read/recognize instruction tags, clear communications and able to assist and support others
Physical Activities and Requirements of This Position:
- Finger Dexterity: Using primarily just the fingers to make various movements such as picking up small objects, pinching fingers together, gripping handles of various sizes
- Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey details, instructions or ideas accurately, loudly or quickly

Dry Cleaning Operations Manager:
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee daily plant production, garment care quality, and workflow efficiency. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end processing of garments, from initial sorting and advanced stain removal to finishing, assembly, and final delivery. You will balance hands-on garment care expertise with operational leadership to maintain peak productivity, manage labor costs, and enforce strict quality control standards.
Essential Functions:
Production & Plant Management
- Workflow Optimization: Plan, schedule, and manage daily dry cleaning and laundry operations to ensure items move smoothly from receiving through cleaning, pressing, assembly, and bagging
- Turnaround Management: Prioritize work schedules based on due dates, store orders, delivery routes, and rush items, effectively eliminating bottlenecks to ensure 100% on-time delivery
- Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and Route Manager to align plant capacity with delivery requirements and customer expectations
Garment Care & Technical Operations
- Inspection & Sorting: Inspect incoming garments to accurately categorize fabric types, identify care requirements, and isolate specific stains
- Pre-Spotting & Chemical Treatment: Apply expert stain-removal processes using appropriate agents, solvents, and the spotting board
- Equipment & Finishing Operations: Support and operate dry-cleaning machines, washers, dryers, and finishing equipment as operational demands require
- Chemical & Workspace Maintenance: Maintain the spotting station and chemical inventory while enforcing chemical safety, proper ventilation, and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols
Quality Control & Accountability
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished items to maintain rigorous presentation standards, ensuring delicate, silk, wedding, and specialty garments receive specialized care
- Root-Cause Resolution: Monitor recurring quality issues, minimize re-cleans and re-presses, and swiftly resolve order discrepancies or missing items
- Digital Tracking: Ensure 100% compliance with garment scanning protocols at every stage of production to guarantee accurate assembly and order integrity
Productivity, Labor & Maintenance
- Labor Efficiency: Monitor pieces-per-labor-hour metrics, adjust staffing schedules according to volume fluctuations, and control unnecessary overtime
- Facility & Safety Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures, maintain a clean and safe plant environment, and oversee preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in a leadership or senior operational role within dry cleaning, commercial laundry, or textile care
- Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of fabric care, stain-removal chemicals, garment finishing techniques, and commercial plant machinery
- Operational Skills: Strong proficiency in production planning, workflow management, and digital garment-tracking systems
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work efficiently in a high-volume plant environment
- Attributes: High mechanical aptitude, sharp attention to detail, exceptional time-management capabilities, and reliable attendance
